I think criticism of these changes are maybe a bit premature. Replays have been unpopular with lots of clubs for a while. Of course the smaller clubs love them but the world has changed and there may be better ways to use the fa Cup to move money down the football pyramid. Imagine if we drew - say -...

Those Leeds games were amazing.
I still remember the ball pinging around in the goal mouth scramble, then the net moving when Carl heggs used his shin to nock it in.

I don't have a problem with a chairman presenting a new direction for the club to its members, presenting the facts, calling a vote and then, if they then loose that vote deciding to step down.
