Re: English Football.......
Unless he has seen the light , it tells you all you need to know about the game`s governing body. Anyone still think that we`ll ever win the World Cup again?

Whilst Louis described his performance on Twitter as "a mare" , I think he was being a bit hard on himself. At least he knows there`s room for improvement and should just move on. It happens. ;)

Re: [ Tue 24th Sep ] v Huntingdon Town, KO 7:45pm UCLCUP HOM
The line up last night, in comparison with the strength of the squad last season, shows how much strength we have in depth at the club now. However, it was a glorious opportunity against top quality opposition for those playing last night, and they did n`t take it. Huntingdon were really up for it, ...

Re: [ Sat 24th Aug ] v Sleaford Town KO 3pm UCLP HOME
Brownie: Could n`t agree more. I`ve spent quite a bit of this weekend talking to people who ask me about the club and Nene Park etc etc. It seems there`s a lot of people who think we are the old club still. I spoke to an old R&D season ticket holder who used to go to the away matches on the coac...

Re: Parky and Morgs enhanced roles at the club
Great news. They`re both top blokes who buy into the club ethos and want to do a bit extra than their "prescribed" roles. A great example and a win-win for everyone.

Re: Organised by Andy Kirkup (RDFC v Rushden Town FC XI)
Great afternoon`s entertainment. Even Lord Max was tempted out for a rare appearance and was warmly greeted by "his"old players. Given the Kirkup`s roles in the early days of South Rushden JFC,I felt it was important to support the afternoon , and , of course, to watch some Diamonds legend...

Re: Trialist
I`d agree with that, nothing better than we`ve already got. Good game against a decent Bedford side. They suffered a bit from the final ball. Particularly liked their left back. We were a bit sloppy at times and surrendered possession in dangerous areas, but generally were pretty good. Everyone that...

Re: [ Sat 20th Jul ] v Brackley Town, KO 3pm HOME
Enjoyed the game very much, and it was a good test for our lads, they now have a marker as to where they need to aspire if they want to progress up the leagues. In the first half, Brackley`s wingers were virtually unplayable AND they were able to put in decent crosses. I think they were missing thei...

He was giving Ms Powell a hard time on twitter that night, perhaps positioning himself for the job??
