Is betting on us a jynx?

Post by diamondslee »

After such a great start, I was considering betting on us this weekend after fightingtips mentioned us on their site. Do you think i could jynx us or do you think my money will be safe?

Definite jynx, tried and tested. Diamonds cost me over £100 on more than one occasion last season, Forest Green away being one.

I never do it anymore, no matter what the opposition.
They say we've lost our money we're not famous anymore.....

Yeah probably is. Conference level you can make a decent amount since the bookies don't seem to give their odds much thought at times. I do occasionally bet on Premiership games. I'm a bit of a jinx for Liverpool since whenever I've bet for them to lose, they have!

the only time i ever bet on us was when we were playing chester and their squad was desimated by a virus. we scraped a 2-1 win. i vowed never to bet on us ever again.
shame i didn't know about they weymouth situation. i may have made an exception, with their team being made up of youngsters, that day.
