Re: Breaking News - Appeal to Conference
I may be wrong but didn't someone say at the Fans Forum that if there was an appeal it would cost money ? Perhaps to the tune of £20k ? If so someone really must expect to win to gamble that sort of cash. And even if we did win it could well not be heard for some time. And what about the winding up ...

Re: Goodbye all, i can't believe what i just witnessed
My first game was Scarborough at the end of the 1999/2000 season. 0-0 and the last game was also 0-0 if I remember that season. In those days it was a family day out and I think we had a family season for 2000/2001 the era of Jacko and Darbs. The irresistable force that took us into the league.

Re: Trust meeting
In the Zamoretta it's not just crowd that would drop but sponsorship and so the income would drop but we'd still need big bucks to keep Nene Park going. The sums didn't quite add up in the conference they'd certainly not add up 2 leagues down. In the conference we could have reduced the team budget ...

Re: Trust meeting
I think the options were clear last night.
1. K*ttering play down at Nene Park.
2. An RDFC Phoenix club reforms and begins the battle upwards from 2012/2013.
That's about it !
At the meeting there was definately a majority of around 70-80% who were in favour of option 1.
Around 1% would be in ...

Yes RH I get the Rushden Transport Museum mixed up with the Rushden Museum as well.
One difference is that there's a rather nice bar selling twig beer at one but not the other ;)

Re: Trust meeting on Thursday
And I am a complete muppet because my little brain thought the meeting was tomorrow (Friday) and so I've completely missed it.
I knew today was gonna be a sh1te day when I dropped all my coins on the car park floor this morning as I tried to feed the machine.
C'est la vie.

Re: Calendar
This is a cracking idea, but needs some time and contacts to get rolling.

If you can't make it then please watch for other ways to donate.
And big thanks to the volunteers who are taking money, details etc and handing out Trust forms.

Re: Donations and pledges for season tickets.
Well at about 7:20 the counter flipped over 50. But there were well over a dozen people in reception filling in cheques for donations.
I really hope we have a big rush and reach 100 today.
Please come on down if you can.
We might just do this.
