Time does go by so quickly but memories remain forever.
In all the tributes that were made at the time of his passing I still recall someone telling how he had visited a young disabled girl on her birthday despite that day's game being an away fixture and he kept in touch with her afterwards too ...

Good Luck tonight in your replay. Who knows you might draw us (Barrow AFC) in the next round although some of the beatings you gave us in the past still give me nightmares. Diamond burgers are ace though.

Sincerest codolences to the family, friends, team mates, fans and everyone at Rushden and Damonds for your sad loss. It is tragic to lose someone so young and with his whole life ahead of him, however they do not die when those who love remember.
