Surely the biggest “free hit” we have had for a long time!

Re: [ Tue 14th Oct ] v Bourne Town, KO 7:45pm NPLD1M HOME
Just lacked that little bit of quality up top which is understandable with the players missing. Obviously the disallowed goal was a shocker but it’s a point and we move along nicely. The league is very unpredictable and a win last night would have put us 6 points off top! Nobody running away with ...

Very poor first 70 minutes not helped by the 2 injuries early on and a penalty not given in the first minute (looked very clear from where I stood). Too many mistakes and the defence looked all over the shop. Better last 20 when we played a bit like ourselves.

A winnable home tie and then a big national league north club in the next round. Just don’t want Corby, Anstey, Harborough or real Bedford. Something different makes it more exciting.

Let’s see what amazement the draw throws up! I’m going with what’s left in our league, Anstey, Corby, Rugby or Basford. Or for the obvious, K*ttering.

Whilst not a great draw it’s one that is definitely winnable and a good run in the trophy would be most welcome. Have to agree though, the actual full draw is awful how it’s paired so many teams together from the same league.

Big game today, need that cup run. Hope we get a good crowd in. The Board have been excellent getting everything together in pre season so let’s get down to Hayden Road and support the team/club.

Snedker would be a great signing.sussexdiamond wrote: Sun Jun 08, 2025 2:38 pmWe now have ten players. With due respect to Evans all we need now is a goalie!!
Dean Snedkers two year ban should be over now, let's get him back although he may be a little rusty.

Re: Harriman Departs
I must admit it was a shock but whilst we won’t be privy to discussions held we must support the elected board in their job. Let’s see how this pans out and come August we can then make a more informed opinion. Thought Michael did very well but would it have been a surprise if he had gone during ...
