Re: [ Mon 18th Apr ] v St Ives Town, KO 3pm SLPDC AWAY
Just seen their goal on twitter. We let the bloke run through completely unmarked and challenged. Burgess has mentioned our weakness of defending set pieces. I reckon most Sunday sides would be fuming seeing that one back. The nerves appear to have got the better of the players and supporters today....

Re: [ Sat 16th Apr ] v Bromsgrove Sporting, KO 3pm SLPDC HOME
The EARLY substitution in the 2nd half changed the game in our favour. I didn't think Johnson playing badly but for whatever reason it wasn't working. Great to see an early subsitution making an impact! The introduction of Furlong gave a tiring Bromsgrove a another little headache in the warm condit...

Re: RESULT NOW IN! [ KIT OPTIONS ] 2022-2024 seasons.
For the past 2 years the players have travelled Independently, maybe 2 or 3 in a car. I must have imagined the team bus outside the Redditch ground and then later on outside Redditch Sainsburys the other week then. There is no reason for fans not to be allowed back on the team coach from now to be ...

Re: Inside the Life of Non-League Football Podcast : Andy Burgess
what a great listen, I do hope the club make Andy's role permanent. Agreed- he's clearly got some big plans that he want's to take forward and his list of contacts will be fairly large I imagine. The signing of Jordan Graham certainly looks to be a potential great one. He's brought a real "buz...

Re: NON LEAGUE DAY [ Sat 26th Mar ] v Redditch Utd, KO 3pm SLPDC AWAY
A dominant first half and a deserved 3 nil lead. Although how Redditch missed the chance to make it 3-1 when their player hit it straight at Bully on the line from a yard out, lord only knows! 2nd half was a bit flat which I suppose could half be expected, given the warmer weather and having a 3 goa...

Seemingly not enough for some people on here and he has to do more to prove himself.SouthRushdenJFC wrote: ↑Sun Mar 20, 2022 1:51 pm
And got positive results in three of them. That is a decent start at any level.
What do some supporters of this club honestly expect. It makes cringeworthy reading sometimes!

Re: [ Sat 19th Mar ] v Tamworth FC, KO 3pm SLPDC HOME
Anything less than 4 points from our next two games will tell if Andy B has what it takes. The bloke has been in charge for 4 games and already you are spouting rubbish like this. You can't seem to get your head round the fact Peaks chose to leave, we've lost the key player who got us into the play...

Re: Cash on the turnstile
Whats Minute to you maybe a threat to others, i assume the volunteers wont touch the stuff and that why we still dont take it. Maybe a solution is that Beezus and Fentiger volunteer to man the gates and take cash payments. Simples problem over, nope we still need someone to count it and bag it and ...
