Re: eBay

.......It still wrankles me to this day that this was allowed to happen. Quite honestly - although it shouldn't have come as a surprise given the speed and enthusiasm with which the majority of Poppies rushed to takeover NP - the removal and disapearance of our memorabilia from NP still annoys and ...

Nor is it fair for those who chose not to take those risks, to criticise those who did.

Re: Desperate measures.....

I remember an open meeting held in Strikers, that Doyle, Jo and I set up to voice our concerns about KC taking control. It was attended by approx 30-40 people, so basically although we tried there was not enough support That's right - and we did follow that up with various meetings with David Sudde...

Re: Desperate measures.....

The Trust Board of the day then encouraged the members to allow this transfer to KC to go through, despite a group of us warning what might happen. One or two of the Trust Board members were also on the Club Board, and they were concerned about their potential liabilities of trading whilst insolven...

Re: Desperate measures.....

They've announced their Match-day prices with an air of arrogance that they'll be accepted into the Southern League. The headline figures seems to be they are only giving concessions a £2 discount - which means it will be £10 a game for an OAP at Nene Park - only £4 less than at Sixfields, at least...

Re: Desperate measures.....

....... If I was losing money through this arrangement then there is absolutely no way I would entertain doing further business with KTFC. Added to any company's reluctance to supply KTFC in future will be the certain fact that any companies which do decide to trade with them will only do so in exc...

Re: Desperate measures.....

........ if I were a creditor I certainly wouldn't be accepting the terms of the CVA. Of course you wouldn't, noboddy would now that everybodies just been told that, instead of repaying creditors, they propose to spend £20k per month on paying the players. How on earth would GR sell a cva to the cr...

Re: Desperate measures.....

Even Mark Severn, KTFC Trust Chairman, is saying that administration is a real possibility. http://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/0/football/18147390 If I am correct in my belief that, as a club director, two incidences of either a CVA or administration automatically results in that individual failing the FA'...

I should think that everyone in any way associated with the club will take great pride from this landmark 'goals against' figure - at least they now achieved something of note in their proud 140 years history.

Re: Desperate measures.....

Apparently Rolls has said in an interview on BBC Radio Northampton in the last hour that it will take 2-3 years to clear the debt . Can't see them breaking even on running costs of the club based at Nene Park so the debt will continue to increase. There's a coincidence - in 3 years time the Griggs ...
