Is it just me, but my letter says Item 4 'To adopt the accounts for the year ending May 2011'. Attached are expenditure figures for the year - but nothing about income. Am I missing a sheet, or will everything be revealed on the night!?

There is likely to be an auction for the sale of assets at NP - pictures, shirts and the like.
Might be good for AFCRD to own a few of these items, but not good if we all bid against each other. Money for the new club is probably more important, but then, if we bought some memories of past years ...

This is a very rare post from me, but I would be most concerned with funds collected to save RDFC and held by the trust, and the youth policy issue.
