Since the accounts supplied with the letter mean little of nothing, I fear we may find there is nothing left in the bank. If there is, I also fear that not attending the meeting might mean that remaining funds do not come the way of AFC R&D, I will go, my vote could be crucial!
I have low ...

Re: R & D Trust AGM announced
Is it just me, but my letter says Item 4 'To adopt the accounts for the year ending May 2011'. Attached are expenditure figures for the year - but nothing about income. Am I missing a sheet, or will everything be revealed on the night!?

Re: RDFC accounts and Administrators Proposals
The debenture dated January 2007 between Conalgen and RDFC does not show a value.
It states that it covers land and buildings, with a reference to the land registry.
I note, amongst many other things, that is makes claim to all present and future book debts, and other debts and monetary claims. I ...

Re: RDFC accounts and Administrators Proposals
Alongside the value of the debt to HMRC would be the debt to VAT - they would take the same action. This would put the required amount at around £300k - it may have been lower at the time. I am not sure what the debt to the Department of Employment relates to, but at another £100k, and at what I ...

RDFC accounts and Administrators Proposals
These have been lodged at Companies House, I downloaded a copy to see just what the actual final situation of RDFC. Sorry reading, some known, but the general state of the club came as something of a suprise.
As a short summary:
At the end os 2006 the club made a loss of £268,749.
A loan from Max ...

Re: Hung Out To Dry 10 - Pressure on the Conference /Other Clubs
Could'nt agree more!
Indeed, In March the Conference took action against the club (as we all know) about submitting misleading information. Calder was blamed, and then left (or was pushed). Why then did his directorship not terminate until 15th May (from Companies House)?

Sale of assets
There is likely to be an auction for the sale of assets at NP - pictures, shirts and the like.
Might be good for AFCRD to own a few of these items, but not good if we all bid against each other. Money for the new club is probably more important, but then, if we bought some memories of past years ...

Re: The Trust View
This is a very rare post from me, but I would be most concerned with funds collected to save RDFC and held by the trust, and the youth policy issue.
Was it not stated some time ago that the trust would be taking over the youth set-up?
I do not want to think too deeply about conspiracy theory, but ...

Season Tickets
Did I hear correctly at the end of the game that the deadline had been extended to 30th May?
Does this mean they have not sold many, or that new developments might change some minds?
I have not, and will not, buy a new season ticket under present circumstances.
