Re: Who do we want to see again
Certainly would not want Tyler back. But Bruno is diffrrent class and if he can bring himself to apologise to fans, team mates and management I would be quite happy to have him back, as I am sure Sandy would also.
I dont think Will Jones would fit into the ethos that Sandy is trying to build ...

Re: Former Players
Billy Sharp is certainly signing off in style a day after it was announced at 40 he’s being released by Doncaster, a hat trick in his final game.

Re: Playoffs
Real Bedford win 3-1. If they get promoted will they merge with Town? As both would be in Nat North.
My understanding is that it was postponed last summer as any merger would require the "new" club to compete in the division of the lower club.
Anyone have any info on that?

Re: Playoffs
Belper and Warwick both win on pens. So Carlton bottle it yet again.
Matlock lose also, so no more games for Bruno.

Who do we want to see again
Of saturdays starting line up you would expect all except Cobblers trio, to be offered terms. Wether they accept them is another matter and some will be subject to persausion from other clubs.
Others who could be considered are O Brien and Ward.
Hopefully Daldy and Brown Hill will have recovered ...

Re: DIAMOND PLEDGES: Lichfield City FC (A)
I recently pledged £50 for each win of our final 3 games plus £10 for each goal scored. Sadly only 2 goals (£20) due to date.
So I am now saying we will win on saturday scoring at least 3 goals. And to show my confidence I will bank that money today!

Re: [ Sat 11th Apr ] v Rugby Borough, KO 3pm NPLD1M HOME
Apart from the top 2 who have completely run away with it, only one other team in the top 12 won (Warwick). That top 8 have really laboured of late for these play-off places. Had it not been for our meltdown a few weeks ago, with the momentum we had, we would surely have been in the playoffs ...

Re: DIAMOND PLEDGES: Wellingborough Town FC (A)
We should commend "rick" for this iniative throughout the season now exceeding £4k.
A great idea that has no doubt helped the club.
For my part my pledges have met with absolute failure!!!
