Stability is hard in Football, Managers, players come and go.
Just take the Team up the road, Team doing well, make playoff Final, loose and then your Manager still leaves by Mutual Consent.

Not that Long before we find out, in 2024 the Allocations were released on the 17th May, so i Guess this year it will be the 16th May unless any unknown delays crop up.

Agreed on the second point above too. I often wonder why we don’t see many ex board members at matches.
Well in my opinion its because they are afraid of Abuse in many cases or just that visiting the club may bring back unwanted stress levels.
