You have dozens of coaches and volunteers who give up their time to help make the community side of the club the best in the area, I'm sure Richard would agree that anyone of them would be more deserving out that award.

I brought this up at the UCL board meeting last night.
Unfortunately they only ordered 18 medals for the winners, and believe it or not they ordered 3 years worth at a time and from China!

To replicate even one medal would cost hundreds of pounds.
