Re: Nene Park... Again

So is there something we are not being told? According to Andy Sawford MP:

"Emerging Proposals for Nene Park

As the outline scheme for the development of Nene Park, Irthlingborough, becomes available for public viewing at Huxlow Science College today and Saturday, I met this week with Jon Ward ...

Re: What happens next? Let everyone know!

This is not being negative, but we need to do things right. There could be an issue with number 1 due to the Data Protection Act, information has been gathered for the use of the supporters trust in association with Rushden & Diamonds FC Ltd, AFC Rushden & Diamonds is a different legal entity and ...

What happens next? Let everyone know!

It’s great news that we have a new club and that it has been accepted into the league.

The main thing now is to ensure that everyone fan who might be interested in watching the team, and every person / business that might be interested in supporting the venture, actually knows about it. For those ...

Re: Filthy Animal

I think this is a made up name - try searching for Pete Fish in Finedon on any of the main directories - I can't find it! More likely a Sadact / KC marketing ploy to undermine the AFC initiative and to attract a few extra bums on seats for franchise football FC.

So who owns Colnagen Enterprises S.A. (Incorporated in Panama)? He who should not be named? ;)

You are probably correct, but one benefit of being registered in Panama is that you'll never find out! Interesting that any "investor" or "potential investor" in RDFC has turned out to be registered in ...

Re: Car Boot

That's because Rushden & Diamonds (2008) Limited is the company than owns the standium etc. R&D Ltd is the football club.

I thought Colnagen owned the stadium.

R&D 2008 Limited is the old supporters trust. It was converted into a limited company and is owned by KC. If the land / stadium had ...

Re: Car Boot

Interesting to see that Carte' Clark's administration notice referred to Rushden and Diamonds Limited whereas a new company called Rushden & Diamonds (2008) Limited was formed by KC and used in the hotel planning section 106 agreement.

That's because Rushden & Diamonds (2008) Limited is the ...

Re: Car Boot

Certainly up until the middle of April the money from the car boot was going into the football club
Ah, but where has it gone since? With a frozen RDFC bank account I trust someone is looking after all that nice cash. I do hope that it has been properly accounted for because I'm sure the ...

Re: Staff Appeal

People employed by RDFC who are owed money need to get legal advice - go to your local Citizens Advice Bureau for a start. There is a possibility you can get some money once a receiver is appointed via the insolvency provisions set out in the Employment Rights Act 1996. You could also call ACAS for ...
