I attended the funeral service for Yvonne yesterday. It was a lovely service conducted by Canon Roger Knight and many people were there from both the old and new Clubs. The poem Amy had written for her Mum was really beautiful and it must have been quite difficult for Andrea Stringer to read it on ...

I also think that this is an excellent move by the Board. Mike has a lot of knowledge and many contacts and I am so pleased that he has accepted the challenge which we will be facing over the coming years. I will still expect him to buy his Raffle Tickets though ( he doesn't get away that easily) !!!!
