Hope that doesn’t mean he’ll raid our squad, although may not necessarily be a bad thing as some of the current bunch aren’t good enough. Is imperative we get an assistant manager with plenty of contacts.

Re: [ Sat 5th Apr ] v Worcester City, KO 3pm NPLD1M HOME
Hopefully, despite the result, we’ll get some of those who attended the game at the dog and duck to this game. The weather looks like being nice, would be great to see a big attendance.

Re: [ Sat 29th Mar ] v Wellingborough Town, KO 3pm NPLD1M AWAY
It was definitely great to be back there, but at the same time it felt strange being there as an away fan. I know we played them “away” during our UCL days, but like I said it felt strange on Saturday.rickthediamond wrote: Sun Mar 30, 2025 8:15 pm Yesterday definitely served as a reminder about how much nicer the D&D is than Hayden Road.

Well, it was their cup final really, wasn’t it?! You’d have thought they had won the league with their reaction!!
How Jamal didn’t score I’ll never know, he even cleared the net behind the goal

Not one that will live long in the memory.

Re: [ Sat 22nd Mar ] v Racing Club Warwick, KO 3pm NPLD1M HOME
Not a game that will live long in the memory that’s for sure. Both sides had their chances, Warwick with perhaps the best chance to take the three points. Looked like they had trouble adapting to the pitch at times, surely must be one of the tallest sides to come to Hayden Road? Was a bit of drama ...

Re: [ Sat 8th Mar ] v Bedworth Utd, KO 3pm NPLD1M HOME
Definitely a frustrating game, and another shocking referee performance.
Bedworth with all the tricks in the books when they went ahead, thankfully their time wasting backfired. Ethan has to start the next game, the one moment of brilliance came from him. You have to question what they do in ...

Re: Quorn!!
Three nil flattered them to be honest, could tell they were starting to get frustrated in the first half until their goal went in, on another day it could have been a different result. David was rightly the player of the match, always looks like something will happen with him in the side. On we go ...

Re: BOXING DAY [ Thu 26th Dec ] v Corby Town, KO 1pm NPLD1M HOME
Fair play to Corby they always turn out in numbers to support their team, even if they did have to continually chant “you let your club die” and a few idiots on twitter/x after the game trying to claim a rivalry, I honestly couldn’t give a shiny shite about them.
