Re: Corby
How are they going to field a team for Saturday and upcoming fixtures for tiat matter?
Praying for more rain most likely for this weekends game to be called off.
They’ve called the game off due to a “waterlogged” pitch, announced Wednesday afternoon, even though many of their supporters have ...

Really felt like two points lost rather than one point gained, a fantastic performance from the team, especially during the first half, we should be out of sight at half time. Honestly it’s a pleasure to watch us this season, keep playing like that, and we’ll give some one a good hiding.

A game ruined by their constant falling over, a game we really should have won, and would have if it wasn’t for their keeper making those two quality saves.

No way to verify, so clubs could literally give the NPL any figure.Three of Diamonds wrote: Fri Oct 17, 2025 7:32 pm I read somewhere that all NPL clubs have to disclose to the league what they're paying their players, this has to be a classic case of over reaching.

A game where we really should have come away with the three points, the ref was having a decent game up until that point, but at least he held his hands up and admitted he made a mistake.

Re: [ Sat 27th Sep ] v Long Eaton Utd, KO 3pm NPLD1M HOME
Great performance from the lads, especially after going down to ten men. Personally I thought it was a penalty, but others around me didn’t think so. Absolute joke of a referee, even the Long Eaton players didn’t think it was a sending off, but it’s always risky when a player is on a yelllow. Don’t ...

They haven’t got one, hence why they’re trying to invent one with us. I guess it shows how far we’ve come that Corby consider us their rival, same as Wellingborough celebrating like they won the league when they beat us last season.therushden wrote: Tue Aug 26, 2025 4:35 pm Not sure who their derby rivals are, but it certainly isn't us.
