They haven’t got one, hence why they’re trying to invent one with us. I guess it shows how far we’ve come that Corby consider us their rival, same as Wellingborough celebrating like they won the league when they beat us last season.

Corby were bang average in my opinion, not as good as last season, we certainly didn’t deserve to lose that game, unfortunately they took their only real chance, the lack of goals from us is becoming a concern, it’s not like we aren’t creating chances, but we just cannot make them count.

Happy that we’ve signed Ross. Unless I’m mistaking him for someone else, I seem to remember him using a lot cheating tactics when he played against us, if that benefits us, with him winding up opposition players, then I’m all for it! But most importantly, it gives us some experience in the side ...

Obviously disappointed by the news, I will always be grateful for him steadying the ship after the disaster of Burgess and Nunn, but I’m hoping we’ll get an explanation for the reasons why, I’m sure it won’t be anything untoward.

Purely speculation on my part, but maybe it was partly down to lack ...
