Re: [ Sat 27th Apr ] v Walsall Wood, KO 3pm NPLD1M AWAY

IMG_6971.png Latest projections show us reprieved, but also bloomin Real Bedford moved into our division. This makes sense. As I said yesterday, Cambridge City moving east given the two Suffolk clubs getting promoted makes absolute sense. I can't see us moving to the Southern League unless Real Bed...

Re: [ Sat 27th Apr ] v Walsall Wood, KO 3pm NPLD1M AWAY

It’s also worth remembering that IF we are reprieved, we will retain a place in a step 4 league and could be moved back to the SL! Fair point. Given Mildenhall and Newmarket or Thetford are coming up to Step 4, I would imagine Cambridge City will be very keen to move to the Isthmian League, leaving...

Ironically, Loughborough Students won their UCL North Play Off Final today so there will be a Loughborough based team in the NPL next season regardless.

Re: [ Sat 27th Apr ] v Walsall Wood, KO 3pm NPLD1M AWAY

Surely you only get an in league reprieve, nor across all Step 4 leagues, if the resigning club goes 'in season' and is therefore suggested to finish bottom. That pushes us up. But, that can't happen here? You'd have to expunge their results? Sphinx got 4 points off them. No ways that change happen...

Utterly heartbreaking to miss out on goal difference. 3 goals over the course of a 38 game season have cost us. Such fine margins.

Let's up there are some reprieves in the close season

Re: PAY WHAT YOU WANT! [ Sat 20th Apr ] v Shepshed Dynamo, KO 3pm NPLD1M HOME

Reflecting on the results across the league today, I can't help but be a bit deflated. The 4-0 Rugby win does indeed make our challenge that little bit more difficult next week given they have a better goal difference and goals scored. However, it's the Cambridge and Coventry scores that probably di...

Rugby currently 2-0 up

Re: FA Cup changes

Decent statement from K*ttering this morning.

Dozens of lower league and non league clubs have now put on record their objections to these ruinous plans. Hope the club follows suit in due course.
