Re: New Recruits for 19/20...?

Nuneaton look like they mean business this season. They've signed Stuart Beavon and Luke Benbow today. I doubt there are many better strikers nationally at Step 3 than those 2. Is that the same Nuneaton who splashed the cash last year at the start of the season? If they can get to the end of the se...

Re: RIP Justin Edinburgh

RIP Justin, so sad.

Hope we can have a collection for him and then pass it at the Leyton Orient friendly in July.

Re: K*ttering rumours

All very strange, I first heard the rumours about ML allegedly putting money in the year they appointed him, If i recall a few months in to the season he wanted to quit because he didn't have the contacts, was persuaded to stay and then they started signing players released from Corby Town's title w...

Re: New Recruits for 19/20...?

Can't blame them for throwing money at it, for big clubs getting relegated to this league can be damaging especially the small attendances etc, The problem is throwing money at it isn't always successful at this level and in fact over the past 5 years I cant think of any any level of English footbal...

Re: New Recruits for 19/20...?

I would not rule out Fairlamb completely. If he continues as an impact sub he may prefer to come to us on loan.. it really depends on if he can prove to Wilkins that he is worth a regular place. I had a chuckle to myself after the last game of the season when we got promoted when he said to a coupl...

Re: 2019/20 Allocations Confirmed

Kings Langley on a Tuesday night would be fixture of the season for me, small set up but the local takeaway makes the best king prawn omelettes. Lets have a cup run so the Saturday game is moved to a Tuesday or Wednesday so i can get me king prawn omelette and 3 points would make it even better. If ...

Re: Jon Dunham's Review of the Season

A decent review, I like Jon, some unusual folk seem to imagine him as being biased which is unfair. He always seems happy for all Northants teams to win and his write ups are always balanced. I don't think there are any of our fans who aren't happy with this season, we did well to finish where we di...

Re: Bromsgrove lose player

That's true,

Bromsgrove were playing a step below us last season so he might not of made such an impact at this level, I wouldn't be surprised if he gets sent out on loan to a club at this level.

Re: Former Players

John Dempster has been appointed Manager of League Two side Mansfield. JD is very highly rated at FM, Mansfield Chairman John Radford said: "In John, we have a man who is considered to be one of the brightest and most innovative young coaches in football." "His success with the youth team over the ...
