Re: Play off opponents

Be it Luton or Oxford in the playoffs does not matter, the most important part will be the first leg at Nene Park, if we can sneak an advantage or even go into the 2nd leg on level terms we will have the big advantage of going hell for leather for it as the underdogs with nothing to lose whilst the ...

Re: Andy Burgess

Burgess would provide special moments but then fade out and leave gaps to be exploited by the opposition so don't think he would have fitted in with the Work ethic that JEMS expects from the team as a whole. Under JEMS the players have been molded into a team and unlike in the past we are not a team...

Re: Helen on Radio Northampton Sport Tonight

Isn't Helen or someone from our club on the conference board, so would have knowledge to all the budgets as the clubs have to send in their business plans/budgets to the board prior the seasons start. Remember in football it is quite easy to spend lots of money on players wages and achieve diddly sq...

Re: Some New Rivals Please ;)

New rivals might be K*ttering Borough F.C.

Rothwell Town have found a mystery consortium saving them from going under and this has some people putting 2+2 together and getting the rumour mill going.

Re: luton game

If the arrangement goes ok i can see the same happening in the playoffs if we secure a place. The North and Airwair combined amount to 3348 seats and would be sold out to either Oxford and Luton fans. That leaves 1224 seats in the South for home fans which should with spare capacity hold regular Nor...

Re: "CONFIRMED" K*ttering NOT allowed in play-offs.

Confirmed by who ??? Sorry but just because a radio journalist says so does not mean its official. The way this League is run and the way rules are set in stone one second and ignored the next i would not take the word of a radio journalist pickig up gossip and turning it into dodgy facts. The Offic...

Re: Am i mad or is it possible....

We would have to be exceptional but even then, the others above us would all need to have cataclysmic downturns. I'll settle for the play-offs and hopefully a great day out... :D Well the cataclysmic downturn may be Chester Folding and suddenly the distance shrinks to 8 points which is not a mounta...
