Re: Membership

I have only attended 2 home matches this season. I find a total lack of atmosphere for matches held at Hayden Road. I do not like the ground.
Wellingborough was far better for the set up and atmosphere.
My brother hasn't been for 18 months, for the same reason.

Re: New Manager

A fantastic appointment. Obviously, he will work with the current staff and players, not much needs to change and as he said in his interview, he's looking to continue with what Peaksy had started, with a view to a successful end to the campaign. I think it might be the perfect club to start his car...

Re: [ Sat 16th Oct ] v Alvechurch, KO 3pm SLPDC HOME

Something needs to change, the performances this season haven’t been good enough, let’s be honest. We’ve had two lucky wins. When you look at the players we had, Zack Reynolds, Sam Brown, Ben Acquaye, Ben Farrell, Nathan Hicks, we’ve lost some quality players. Yes I know they probably get more mone...

Re: TODAY! [ Sat 24th July ] RHUFC V AFCR&D, KO 3pm AWAY PSF @ Hayden Rd

Will Jones is apparently attracting interest from clubs in higher leagues, nice to think we have someone who can go on to better things, but, it's in the clubs best interest that he proves he is the talent we want him to be, at this level. Let's hope he is a proven goalscorer, come the end of this s...

Re: TOMORROW! [ Sat 24th July ] RHUFC V AFCR&D, KO 3pm AWAY PSF @ Hayden Rd

Unfortunately, l am working tomorrow, but, l have to say that the pitch looks incredible. In fact, it's the best pitch I've seen for a long time.

Really looking forward to this match. Are we expecting a pitch inspection, or is it pretty much 'game on' ?

It's forecast fine and bright 🔆 looking forward to this match. It is a game we should be looking to win comfortably.
Most players are fit and hoping for a starting place.
3 points will do nicely, I'm going for a 3-1 win.

This was one of the best games l have been to at Hayden Road. Excellent performance and full-on entertainment.
Great teamwork and playing for each other. 3 points.

Re: [ Sat 23rd Nov ] v Lowestoft Town, KO 3pm SLPDC HOME

A nice way to start the weekend. A really good match, the second half was impressive, the front pair looked comfortable and understood each others movement, Slinn was great throughout and the goal capped a very strong performance. Some of the teams around us may have games in hand, but, we are looki...

Looking forward to this game, they've improved recently and have 5 wins to our 6. This will be tough and with the forecast for rain, it may be a bit scrappy. Hopefully, Nabil can grab a couple of goals and inspire a home victory.
See you tomorrow.
