Re: K*ttering looking for 2500 attendance on saturday

surely you don't think that this was pre planned ;) I mean seriously, next people will be saying that this was in the pipeline for the past 2 seasons! What piffle! :D why not go the whole hog and say that K*ttering will change their name at the end of this season and a new club will be launched from...

K*ttering looking for 2500 attendance on saturday

2500? based on all the hype, the free tickets, low priced season tickets and good following expected from Newport i would expect IL is looking for between 3000-4000 to attend. Give it a few weeks if results don't do their way, poor away support from some teams and bad weather and they will soon be d...

K*ttering Town V AFC Rushden and Diamonds?

With a lot of debate going on regarding ever setting foot inside nene park again following the disgrace of whats happened I wanted to test the water as to what people would do WHEN we get to play them. The footballing gods will smile on us one day and we will get the opportunity to go back to Nene p...

Re: SAT 16th: Raunds Town FC from 10am(trials), 12pm Fans Mtg!

Well done to all for today, fantastic meeting. a couple of things that i have in mind 1 - Lets contact some of the premiership big guns to see if they would send their youth team down to play us as a launch of the new club. One thing that I am sure has not gone unnoticed around the country over the ...

Re: Saturday Games

The youth team! We are obviously not going to have a senior team until 2012/13 season but that doesnt stop us from arranging some friendlies for the youth team at 3pm on a saturday.

Saturday Games

One area that I picked up on from the meeting was that with the launch of a youth team playing games in midweek there will still be an understandable desire to have some football on saturdays to go and watch. We need to look at arranging some friendlies for the team even if it was 1 game a month. Th...

Ground?

With the launch of the AFC club we obviously have to use another ground to get us up and running wherever that may be for the moment. Long term we need to look at moving back into the Rushden and Irthlingborough area. As an idea I wonder if its too late to contact the local council and see if they c...

Re: There is always another option, even if not clear at first

I am sure there are teams that everyone dislikes but all the local teams are now potential money makers towards our cause so we need to look at everybody from this point forward. if we played the cobblers in a friendly i would want them to bring as many fans with them as possible. Same with Luton etc.

Re: There is always another option, even if not clear at first

I am sure teams like AFC Wimbledon, Chester, Halifax and FC United could offer their support in playing some friendlies. They are teams who have been in our position so will understand! Maybe ask Peterborough, Northampton, Luton, Cambridge etc also. If we could fix 1 friendly as month and make a big...
