Absolutely gutted. But didn’t deserve to get anything today. As others have said in a week we’ll probably look back and see this season as a success (highest ever finish) but nothing but disappointment tonight - great opportunity that we’ve thrown away

Nervous and excited for this one. I’d be tempted to put Hughes back in at centre half if fit and Paddy back to right back… Diamonds done a job but gives more flexibility if he’s available to go in midfield/up top later on?

Re: [ Sat 16th Apr ] v Bromsgrove Sporting, KO 3pm SLPDC HOME
Important win yesterday, Jones had his best performance by far, defence looked good (shoutout to Diamond for putting in a great display!), Jesse superb again - only downside was Nathan our wide, feel like he’s wasted out there. Great strike by Connor for his goal!! Big 3 points, better Alvechurch’s ...

Wasn’t there yesterday but always disappointing to concede 3 at home regardless of how many we score! Fingers crossed about Collard, some mixed messages being thrown around so just wait and see I suppose. Agree with the fact play offs are not a guarantee no matter what certain journalists and others...

Great first half, average second half. If they’d have scored their almost open goal just before we made it 3-0 who knows what would have happened…
As others have said Bush looked good today, hopefully he’ll continue to improve.
Good day all round with Alvechurch only drawing

Re: [ Sat 26th Feb ] v Hednesford Town, KO 3pm SLPDC HOME
3 points is all that matters from now till April. Not the best game but we kept going and nicked the goal from a one of the few good corners! As others have said we need a striker, Bush didn’t look up to it yesterday - he may need time to adjust to playing up too again but we sadly don’t have time t...

Re: New Manager
Good experience, good contacts, good name to get some excitement back into the club. Hard to see many downsides to the appointment.
As Burg said 11 cup finals (plus an actual one…) so lets see what happens

Re: [ Club Statement ] Andy Peaks
Shock to see the news but as others have said, I suppose not too unexpected with the job he’s done. Like it or not Tamworth are a much bigger club and will be able to back him more. I’m worried he may snatch a few of our better players in the next few weeks… hopefully I’m wrong. Thanks for everythin...
