You may have seen that Steve Whitney lost his battle with cancer this week.

Steve was, of course, involved in the early days of AFCR&D as well as having a long career in local football, mainly with Under 18's.

Dave, Bozzer and Barton Raz are right. Those of us that have been there regularly dedicated 20+ hours a week on top of our families and day jobs. You need to have a constantly evolving board to keep ideas fresh and the club moving forward. Expectations need to be managed as well, after years of over...
