245 is only the number of members eligible to vote - there are several hundred junior members that are not eligible to vote - off the top of my head, the total number is currently nearer to 500/600.

I haven’t had final confirmation but fully expecting it to be cash at the turnstile. If it’s any different, we’ll let everyone know.
