Re: [ Sat 13th Oct ] v Barwell FC, KO 3pm ESCP HOME

A disappointing game, we seem to be in a transition period on the pitch, half the players look more than capable at step 3 the other half not. Our best player Ben Diamond needs to be in the middle not on the wing, isn't that why he left Corby?? Good interview with Peaks on the radio after the game, ...

Re: Former Players

Interesting article on Chris Wreh who has joined Dunstable Town. http://nonleaguedaily.com/brand-new-blue-wreh-dunstable-towns-double-determined-son-of-a-gunner/ I'll always remember that bit of skill against Peterborough, one of my favourite moments from that season. The sheer audacity of it! I re...

Re: [ Tue 24th Jul ] v Brackley Town, KO 7:45pm PSF HOME

II’m actually looking forward to being the underdog, after 6 years of everyone playing ya with nothing to lose like potters bar away or Uxbridge at home, we should enjoy it being the other way round for a while Exactly this, it was getting a bit "boring" where we turn up to either win by ...

Re: Pre-Season Fixtures...

Was hoping we could attract a step 1 or another step 2 club now that we are step 3, obviously i'm sure the club tried and as mentioned above, was hoping we could tempt JE from Leyton Orient. attracting the bigger clubs will get easier once we establish ourselves at step 3 and grow the profile of the...

Re: Boring season

I'm really looking forward to this season and going into games without the pressure of we must win and also the fear of not being able to break a lesser side down. I expect more teams to come and attack and play a bit of football so should be more entertaining. There will also be games where we are ...

Re: Its that time again

Players will come and go, its always hard to predict who but I just hope we can keep hold of Both wingers who were sensation last season and Ben Diamond who should be made the focal point of out attack

Re: [ Sat 7th Apr ] v Northwood FC, KO 3pm ESE AWAY

I don't think the stop/start situation the team have found themselves in has helped. It can't be doing the players fitness any good, no amount of training will help that. I honestly think without all the postponements we'd be laughing, and looking forward to competing at a higher level next season....
