First time in my many years of support of RDFC I have decided to add my brief comment on the tragic events of the 14th December 2010.

Dale Roberts you will be remembered as our RDFC No.1 and a fine upstanding young man, your family and friends have shown true courage and strength in these emotionally challenging days. I hope now that you have found peace and all your relatives and friends can also start to move forward as the pain starts to heal.

I know this isn't the real time and place, but when it showed all the players at the beginning I didn't see Jamie Stuart. Was he still at the club then? Just wondering. :|

Just watching that has brought tears to my eyes again - I really do hope Dale is resting in peace now.

And yes JS was still at the club and no you didn't see him.

I can't remember if I posted this up already, but no harm in doing it again if I have.

Dale's interview with the forum/blog

Shows how good a report he had with the fans, great guy. :)

RIP.

At the recent fans forum moving tributes were paid to Dale and also to the way in which Justin and the club had handled the tragedy.Yet nothing was said about permanently celebrating Dale's memory in some way at Nene Park. What, if anything,is being done? Should some of us on here get together to organise something to make sure that his memory is properly marked?
