With all due respect to JE I actually disagree with him there. They were taken over by a lottery-winning supporter last year and they've been able to pay money for players. At Diamonds that 'sinking feeling' had almost become ingrained at Nene Park, the sense that the good days were gone and weren't coming back. He changed all that.

I'd actually say his biggest achievement is neither of those, i'd say it was guiding our squad through the period after Dale's death.
They say we've lost our money we're not famous anymore.....
