My predictions fell at the first fence!!! I had Sileby to draw and Oadby to win.

Monday I still have Oadby to draw.
Tuesday us and Sileby to win.
weds Oadby to draw again

One thing is for sure. 90 points will secure promotion. If the game against Eynesbury ends in a draw, and Oadby draw any of their midweek games, 88 points would be good enough.
Tuesdays game is without doubt, a game of significant importance, in the quest for promotion.

I think Oadby will struggle to get a point at Harrowby tomorrow evening.

I wonder, now they are pretty much out of the promotion race, if they have lost any interest and are giving a few more youth team players a run-out, rather than the usual 1st team. I agree, they may not win at Harrowby, and may struggle at BPW.
All good for us, if that ends up being the case.

All "ifs buts and maybes", simple fact is, win 4 games and we're up !! Don't care what others do, 4 wins gets the prize of promotion. We need to stay focused on what we're doing and if 4 wins doesn't win us the title I'll be amongst the first to congratulate Sileby who will have deserved it!

Yeah I'd be amazed if Oadby get 6 points from their next two games, they seem to have completely run out of steam (understandable). They might win one, but I can only see them getting a maximum of 4 points and probably fewer than that if BPW are on their game.

Hopefully they will drop the 2 more points needed, so that we can win on Tuesday and then go to Potton only needing a win and Eynesbury to draw at Harrowby (quite likely). If we can go up at Potton I'm bringing party hats. :D
R.I.P Dale. We will never forget you.
