Good performance, just lacking the clinical edge in front of goal. Thought Jonny Kaye (CM) looked excellent tonight and adds something different to the midfield. Defence looks solid as ever, just need to work on the final product from the wingers and strikers as we look lively down the channels but struggling to convert. Hopefully another good performance vs Daventry with a few more goals.

Probably all signings completed now, unless Gareth Bale fancies being appreciated. Peaksy says a couple will be missing for first couple of games, wonder who they are but Reynolds and Collard I would expect to be back for this Saturday. No big name signings this summer, which reflects our budget size. I likee the idea of promoting players such as Dove and Gornal-Taylor from UCL clubs and giving youngsters like Casey and Slinn a chance. Hoping for big things from Akubine and Acquaye.
