What I have learned down the years is that pre-season means nothing. I once wrote off Nic Evangelinos after pre-season and look how that turned out.
Very true. When we had Dan Quigley at first, he looked very average and a liability. But when the season got going he proved to be a decent assett. I'd expect a couple of new faces, maybe on loan, to come in around September and one or two to move on.
