Inside the ground there will be supplemental signage, and you will see the normal YELLOW (Hatching/No Standing Areas) - which are slightly extended and added in narrow/pinch points to ensure flow of people.

In addition the "RED ZONE", which covers an extended Tunnel Area from corner of stand to Bus Stop Cover. This area is out of bounds except to cross to left hand end of ground, though this area will be unavailable for extended periods around player entry and exit. The NHS "BLUE" markers on Terraces/Pitch Perimeter Barriers, denote the standard spacing as per relevant DCMS/FA/SGSA Guidance.

As stated previously, if in doubt ask one of the Stewards, and enjoy the game.

I realise maybe only 4 of the team that started are likely to start against Nuneaton on 19th Sept, but the first half was a shambles really. Peaksy will have learned a fair bit about some of our lads during that opening period, as 3 or 4 quite clearly showed that they are a mile off the pace as things stand. We were being given the runaround. Our trialist number 8 will probably be glad his identity is a mystery, he was truly awful.

Second half was a bit better as the subs brought some energy to proceedings. Number 10 looked a really exciting player and hopefully we can get him signed up. A well taken goal and he caused problems most of the night with his direct approach. Number 19, as he did on Tuesday, looked useful in the 10 minutes or so he was given.
They say we've lost our money we're not famous anymore.....

Yeah number 10 was very good and must sign him . Was number 3 Hughes? He had a shocker fh , his bad pass caused their 2 goal as he was out of place (still in their half lol) . Only a friendly I know and felt our players knew that too , would of been easy to pick up an injury last night in that rain . Bedford wanted it like it was an fa cup game lol . Men v boys , but we needed to the friendly to find that out right

Very uninspiring last night I am afraid. As others have said, the 10 looked good and Casey was the best player on the pitch both in defence and going forward. Other established players looked as if they didnt really want to be out there in the awful conditions. Bedford looked useful and at times showed us how to play simple passing football. As some one else said. Men against boys tonight. Still it was only a friendly

With so many trialists still being used we are obviously still looking to sign additional players to our already large squad of 21 which includes the elusive Acquah. Which begs the question who will be surplus to requirements. I don't think it is fair to name anybody but clearly we are accumulating too many players.

Poor first half but as already stated only 4/5 starters will be in the opening fixture. Pre season is all about fitness and trying out new players/formations etc. Read nothing into last night apart from some of the trialist are not good enough. I’m sure we will see a few more come and go before the start of the season and it’s trying to find ones that bring more to the team than what we have within the budget. Teams are throwing some crazy money around at the moment. Quite a few players not there last night so moving onto the next game. I think the last couple of friendliest will see a more likely starting full line up.

One reason why I don’t bother attending friendlies. Obviously, to an extent, the manager and his coaching staff need to ‘run the rule’ over trialists in a match situation but with the number of trialists in these matches it does appear it may be at the expense of getting the squad to gel before the start of the competitive season. Going by Joseph and Jon’s match commentary last evening I formed the distinct impression that Bedford seemed more advanced in their squad preparation.

Let’s hope our season start is not a slow burner.
