Personally think the move to card only payments in areas is a brilliant idea and has been long overdue.

I wonder if we could add an option to the ticket site to include a program with the ticket you purchase?

People need to accept cash is on its way out in society in general and football is no exception.

This had been planned for a while (not card only but touch card payment options) even before Covid. The cost of the terminals (rental) was quite high hence why we limited the number, but recently there are a lot more options and they are more cost effective. This is especially true for somewhere that only has games every other week on average, so the terminals get limited usage. This also saves me (usually) a lot of time on counting up monies/bagging up and banking.

I know various other options for "online" purchases are being looked at. Some bits restricted as using a 3rd party site for the ticket management. Though this potentially could work same as the programme season ticket anyway - though easier to do for a season rather than one offs.

Yes, though makes bucket collections a bit harder :-( [We've had some good collections over the years for ourselves and other charities and don't begrudge the 2 or 3 hours to count/bag and bank buckets of coins..and we usually only get a few foreign coins too.]

i'd like to see a paypal option for paying for tickets.
obviously if they take a % of the transaction then it's not really an option for us.

Well I'm struggling to pull some positives out of that display.
