I was thinking of going. Quite a straightforward drive now the A14 roadworks are complete. However with this weather what chances of this being on?

I spoke with Leiston this afternoon - they haven’t had any rain there today and are confident it will go ahead as planned. If there’s any doubt tomorrow, they’ll let me know in plenty of time though to avoid any unnecessary travel for us.

Good shift from the lads that remained on the pitch last night. We could/should have been a couple of goals up at half-time, Wreh really unlucky with a couple of chances, and we didn't look in too much danger second half with a man short. No real stand-out performer, just a good solid effort from everyone.
Only minor niggle is that I thought we could have done a bit more to win the game in the last 5/10 minutes.
Re: Jack Ashton, I don't know what to say really. I don't want to hammer him on here because he's done so much for the club over the years, but what he did last night was inexcusable and worth about 3 red cards.

Bearing in mind that we’ve played two matches this season so far with only 10 men for half of each game, due to inexcusable straight red cards from two very experienced players who should know better, we’ve had a good start to the season. Let’s hope the management address this worrying issue.
