Co Op Scheme

Post by StaceyH »

Hopefully everyone is aware that the Club is set to benefit from the Co Op membership scheme this year. The scheme runs until the Autumn and to date just over £100 has been raised for the Club.
Anyone can sign up to the scheme which works like many other supermarket loyalty cards in that you earn rewards for every £ spent on Co Op goods which go into your membership account for you to spend in store (I save mine for Christmas!). The difference is that for every £1 you spend, 2p will go towards your nominated good cause. 2p in the £ doesn’t sound much but it adds up quickly and, of course, the more of us that are signed up to the scheme, the quicker it will build up. Last year, the scheme saw good causes across the country benefit from over £15m!
Members also receive special weekly offers and member-only discounts.

You can sign up here - https://www.coop.co.uk/membership or pop into your local store (there are stores in Rushden, Higham, Irchester, Wollaston, Finedon) and ask any member of staff for a temporary card.
The Higham store is currently raising funds for Mind, who are our main sponsor, by walking 500 miles this month. So, if you are in store, please make a donation if you can or you can donate online here - https://www.justgiving.com/crowdfunding ... =5PD5jM8mx
