It went on target. It's all you need to do for a penalty - the rest is keeper dependant.

Not knocking him as a player, im knocking him as a penalty taker before anyone else wants to mention how good a passer he is in our kidderminster game

Sorry i know we are in the playoffs and ok these things can happen if you miss the first, but to fluff the rebound too? At his level of football this was not good football today from him, and im still annoyed that that happened. I dont care about keeping his cool, if hes that old and experienced a player hes more than likely been in the situation many times,its like riding a bike, you never forget !

I'll tell you now without P*** T****, we wouldn't be where we are. He has been the main player for me! Anyone that was at Kidderminster will agree with me that we've seen how well Terry plays it, by the fact that McNamara appeared to have a poor game, because we naturally compare him to Terry. If you look at Terry's passing percentage, it will be without doubt, one of the highest in the league. Get off his back!

Im not knocking his passing !!! im knocking his penalty taking! And yes we would be where we are without Terry, what you saying, that he is the only player thats worth his weight? dont be daft....its a bloody team effort!

Yeh, but within any team, there are a few individuals that drive a team forward. Two examples being Rooney at Man Utd and Gerrard at Liverpool. Every player this year has been exceptional for us, not one has let us down, I just personally think Terry and Stuart have had that big of an influence on the team not only on the ball but off the ball that has provided us with the foundations to push onto our current position.

Sorry, it was an awful penalty! Not moaning in general, but facts are facts about this one incident. He almost gave away where it was going before he took it, clearly shaping to 'push' the ball rather than pull it (ask anyone around me what I was saying beforehand).

Then, after making it clear which side it was going, he hit it with placement in mind, i.e. not power. Hitting it so weakly, you have to place it correctly, and it was woefully straight and midheight.

Easy save, terrible pen.

Don't confuse this as a moan however, Terry has impressed me most of the season and is a very good player indeed.

+1 - the penalty didn't affect the game, these things happen, i'm not let down by him and he's been one of the players of the season....the players read these boards so don't dishearten a team member or the team, when we are just entering the Playoffs and are 11 games unbeaten. Ridiculous comments
