Re: What do we need to reach play offs?
Would it be the end of the world if we didn't make the play-offs?
No doubt about it, reaching them would be great but if we were to get to the final and win, then I think the next level would be too much of a step up for us. A few more seasons at this level would benefit the club IMO. Hate to bring them up, but I think K*ttering will struggle and we'll likely be playing them in two years time.
Whether we make the play-offs or not, I think we can all agree we've had a fantastic season at this level, and exceded expectations.

Couple of games tonight, but I don't think we will get any joy from them. Alvechurch v Barwell and St. Neots v Coalville.

Well at the moment makes our draw with Barwell look respectable , beating Alvechurch 3-0
Coalville haveing an easier time at St Neots

Alvechurch 1-5 Barwell. Could potentially be a huge result for us, although that would require us to string a few wins together.
They say we've lost our money we're not famous anymore.....

Re: What do we need to reach play offs?
Next Tuesday Coalville and Alvechurch play their final game in hand, so we will then have a clear idea of what we need to do. If we win our games we will make top five as one of those wins is against Coalville and I really don't see Alvechurch beating K*ttering, Stourbridge and Coalville. So to summarize it is still in our hands, all we have to do is win six games!!!! Bigglewade look to have the easiest run in with only Stratford of the top 8 to play.

K*ttering will be Champions next week if they win at home v Alvechurch. Which would be good for us if Alvechurch lose. We are not out of it yet, especially if Alvechurch fail to beat Leiston on Tuesday.

Re: What do we need to reach play offs?
It’s been a highly satisfactory season and I have no complaints but just wonder if a change of formation might just bring us the added strength, skill and pace going forward without weakening our outstanding defence.
From the top push Ben D right up alongside the tireless Tom L. Puts Ben at heart of game and surely improves chance making and goals.
Two wing backs Sam B anyd Zac R. Gives us pace and power going forward but good wide defence when out of possession.
Centre midfield 2 holding Nathan H and Jack W sitting in doing the ugly stuff. Ben F shackles off and getting forward to support front two.
Solid back 3 playing fairly narrow when required Alex C Liam D and Jack A.
Worth a try against Brackley and if works against teams in tough run in.?

Alvechurch won tonight and Coalville lost. That means every team have played 37 games. Alvechurch are six points ahead of us but their next three games are away to K*ttering, home to Coalville and away to Stourbridge. So still plenty to play for.
