Justin Edinburgh

Does anyone think JE has got what is needed to go all the way in his career as football manager??
Paul Hart made it to Portsmouth (even if he failed badly but we new that would happen) and Talbot was heavily linked with the west ham job i think i remember once.
How far can he go?? I know it only early days but i'm sure if he continues to do well here he will be linked with vancant league jobs. . .

Not yet.

He is doing exceptionally well... luckily (for us, if not him) not many outside the club have realised.

However, if we continue to improve I wouldn't be surprised if he follows Cooper in a year or two.

Considering what he's had to work with (youngsters and unproven players), he's done very well and the team has put in more better performances this season, than any of the last 6!

Justin seems to have a natural ability to motivate players as well as their respect to keep them in line. IMO thats a great combination and one we are reaping the benefits of now, and hopefully for a while to come yet. The Hill era seems a million miles away.

I think JE is doing a good job but i dont think hes quite good enough to take us to the Prem

On a serious note if managers like Phart can get into the prem, then i expect JE to be Brazil manager soon. I think JE has definately started very well, and definately has the ability to atleast make it as far as the championship. It is probably too early to know if he can make it to the top, but i think he has every chance.
