Does The Scholars Disciplinary Record Count As The Whole Club?

I was just reading on the FA website that there was an accusation of racist abuse at our Scholars game V King's Lynn at the Moulton College back in April last year and saw this bit:

Previous Disciplinary Record
21. After finding the charge proven, I sought the Club’s offence history.
The Club has two misconduct charges over the last five years, including an E20 charge earlier this season.

Does that mean the club as a whole or just the scholars section?

It refers to the whole club but does not include the Community section as they are affiliated separately.
