This is a completely separate topic so apologies (didn’t think it was worth a new thread), but are we not due a new home and away kit for the 24/25 season? I for one would be very glad to get rid of the current cursed home and away duo.

Yes for at least one, possibly not both. There will be more info announced on this within the next week.

So its looking like a week to 12 days wait to find out our fate.
Could be pushed back due to the mess the Thurlow Nunn league are currently making of the Thetford Town situation?

Thetford were thrown out of the play-off for fielding an ineligible player, so Newmarket Town got a bye to the final, Thetford appealed to the FA who overturned that decision, so the Thetford Vs Mulburton Play Off Semi was to be played after all, however the Thurlow Nunn league have now decided the league game involving the ineligible player must now be replayed, so Heacham, who's players knocked off three weeks ago and also have a new manager are being asked to replay their game against Thetford on Saturday!. The Play offs would then be played with the final earmarked for the 18th May!

An update on this - the replaying of the final league game Thetford Vs Heacham never went ahead, presumably because Heacham couldn't get a team together post season, Thetford then replayed their play-off semi Vs Mulburton last night, losing 2-1. So its Newmarket Vs Mulburton in the Play-off final at a date yet to be agreed.

Regardless, whoever comes up will be placed in the Isthmian League so I can't see it affecting our placement at Step 4 if a reprieve is given to us.

The current theory is allocations will be decided today/tomorrow, with an announcement either Friday or Monday.

Looking like the allocations will be released tomorrow (maybe today but that would be a slight surprise), looking forward to (hopefully) being put out of our collective misery.

Not sure if this changes anything, depends on when they informed the FA I suppose. They posted this statement just now. I would assume it won't have an impact on when the allocations are released given how late on it is. It does, interestingly though, provide yet another avenue for us to be given a reprieve, if it wasn't already certain before I feel it is only a matter of time before our Step 4 tenure is confirmed.

Great if we could replace them in SL Central div 1.
