Limited Edition Merchandise

The recent post by the club asking whether anyone would be interested in a re-run of the limited edition RDFC Macron Strips has certainly shown that there is a massive appetite for RDFC related merchandise. Funnily enough, it appears that even more people were interested in the re-run than the first run, maybe because they were able to see a photo of the shirts rather than a render?

Anyway, I’ve noticed many times that RDFC has something of a ‘cult hero’ status amongst people who played/still play Championship Manager. I wonder if the club were to produce some ‘limited edition’ merchandise that showcases this, whether it could generate some funds. I’m sure a simple print on a fruit of the loom t shirt or gildan would probably have quite good profit margins. Or even on a mug, or poster? I don’t know, just trying to think slightly outside the box.
