We (Darlington) have just signed the aforementioned Terry.

Is he any good? I know he shagged one of your player's wives so I presume he is decent in bed.

However, my concerns are primarily with his footballing ability. What type of central midfielder is he (box-to-box, hard tackling etc.)? And actually how good is he?

He was a good player, who "knit" the defence and attack together, and we will miss him. As a person, though, the club is better off without him.

He's OK, did a reasonable job for us last year but doesn't know how to behave like the rest of the Terry clan. I don't suppose any of your players will be offering him accommodation. ;)
I guess Mark Cooper watched him quite a bit whilst he was out of work.

he's better than OK, IMO. A great player at this level, who's work can go un-noticed as he does the simple things very well. If you have a midfielder that'll compliment him (like we did in Mark Byrne) you'll be strong in the middle of the park and Im sure Cooper will get the best out of him.

I just wished he wasnt such a slag.

He's got a fantastic tackle, presumably that's why he's so good in bed. ;)

I've always maintained he was our best player last year along with Stuart. There is no-one whos better in front of the back 4 than Terry who I've seen at the club for around 7 years now since Butterworth! He will do a great job for you, reliable in possession, clever positioning and a good organiser!
