The scheme has a good plug in the ET tonight, and interestingly KC also states the club is in a "solid position financially".

Not for me this time, but I wish you all the best with it.

Not to force people into doing it that's up to you guys.

But I don't think it's a set £20 'in'. I imagine AK will take any amount as long as it gets us a little closer to 350 ;)

You could have 140 years of no achievement, or twenty years of glorious victories, you decide.

Seems to me a bit like putting £411.25 on a horse at 100 to 1.

I'm a big fan of the 'people's names in the logo' idea.

It shouldn't be too hard to come up with something that looks decent.

As to all the comments about not winninng etc - at the end of the day you'll have helped the club out, whether we win the raffle or not, so in that respect we're all winners.

There are also a number of second and third place prizes etc.

It's definitely not a set £20 in - you can donate as much or as little as you like but I'd say a minimum of £10 to get your name on the logo and in units of £10 would be helpful.

We are now at £230.30, which is a little over halfway.

If there are any volunteers to collect money at games then please PM me.

Ok, so had a chat with Rachel Roberts form the Club:

There will be a number of prizes which go something like: (unconfirmed order)

1/ Winner - shirt sponsorship.
2/ Perimiter board advert
3/ Advert in programme for season
4/ Matchday sponsorship.
5/ Signed shirt

Also don't forget that every draw entrant gets acknowlegdement in the programme and 'Executive' tickets for two to a home match plus a meal in the Kimberley suite so ther worst that we will come away with is an entry into a draw to win those tickets.

If the minimum 'pledge' was £10 and in units of £10 it would make my life a lot easier.

The money can be collected by:

Cheque in post.
Bank transfer
Paypal (send as gift to avoid fees).

List of Donators so far:

AndyKirkup £20
davealbon £20
WWODB £20
DiamondsFan £20
JamesRDFC £20
kiwikid £20
therushden £20
RedSnapper £20
mrhappy £20
RushdenJim £20
Diamond_wolf £20
Oundle Diamond £10

Just brought this up with my company directors who previously owned a box at Diamonds and was told its "an utter rip off". £410 is a lot of money these days for a 1 in 100 chance of winning in a league with literally zero coverage. They said they'd be more comfortable paying £100 a ticket.
