Read an article, think from interview with Paul Driver that we were close to signing another midfielder. Challinor was sitting with the players in stand today, not sure whether he was just paying respects or if he is our new midfielder. I think he has been on loan at Newport recently.

Pretty sure he was with Newport on a short term deal and did get a goal for them. Also has recently been released, but I would be very surprised if he ended up signing. He did play with Dale in his first loan spell, including the SS Final
