Great result. Super strike from Callum at the end - that could only be partly saved, then a great save from Broady as well.

The whole game was entertaining - but the last five minutes were pretty special, with the cracking goal in the 89th minute, then the four minutes of added time where Broady made a great save, and there were several last ditch tackles - notably one from Jake Gillingwater where he slid in to make a good tackle near the penalty spot, but it looked like the ball would trickle to either of two attackers for a simple finish before Gilly stretched out to get his toe to the ball and take it out of their path.

Although it looks like there will be quite a long wait for the final, it could be either a chance of another trip to Lincoln, or a first visit to the B2net stadium in Chesterfield.

Are we definitely away for the final?

Unfortunately I missed last night due to a bloody stomach bug. :( Congratulations to Starms and the lads on another great achievement this season! :D

I don't know about the venue for the final - but the other semi-final isn't until the start of March, so it will be a while before anything is confirmed - but I note that Chesterfield are hosting the other semi at their main stadium.

There's a good article on the Youth setup on the OWS - http://www.thediamondsfc.com/page/Youth ... 39,00.html
