The one inconsistancy in all this is that JE has stayed despite advances from bigger clubs. Why is he staying when players aren't getting paid, we're absolutely penniless with no prospects of promotion. It doesn't make sense.

If JE is here next season then i'll be astonished.

I hope we can give JE a good send-off tomorrow.

Timing I guess !! Had he known what he knows now I'm fairly sure he would have taken one of those offers.

There will be others coming his way during the summer and I'm sure he'll take one, if he does go he'll have my best wishes and I'll watch his career with interest, I rate the guy and think he'll be a great manager in the future.

Why do you only appear and comment to have a moan or come on to spread bad news? That's the problem I've got with you, which goes back prior to the Beasants taking over.

I've got nothing to do with the Beasants (the fact I've been on these messageboards for over 4 years should at least indicate that), nor am I an apologist as my posts have shown on here. I try to look and assess. If you look at my posts, you will see that I have concerns for the club. If you want to talk further pm me.

The club would be actually sold for very little, if anything. But by buying the club you are taking responsibility for the loan, and "supposedly" need to show you have the capabilities of meeting the repayments. There are cases of some clubs being brought for £1!

I'd be surprised since at the last fans forum under KC, he said it was making the club money, although this may have since changed.

Would be a travesty. The products of the youth system have saved us this season

I would imagine he won't be the only one to give a send off tomorrow, even if we survive we're not going to have much of the squad left, if any, just pray its just JE and the squad and not the club.

Situation's grim at the moment, can't say Mr Beasant's statements are making me any less worried tbh, too many rumours going round to make me believe we can survive. And to think I was looking forward to playing Wobblers next season, doesn't look like we're going to be in this league next season, probably be lucky to be in any league

But will buy my ST for next season tomorrow anyway as obviously the club needs all the money it can get to survive, hopefully will persuade my dad to make a decent donation as well.

All the recent statements seem to say the opposite to what they said at the last fans forum. I think we have a couple of cowboys in control of the club and we are heading towards some very dark days, let's face it they can't even pay for a few hundred programmes!

Let's enjoy the last home game of the season and give the players and manager a good send off because not many of them will be starting the 2011/12 season with us!

Can I get this right in my mind, it appears the Beasant's have no money of there own to support the financial requirements of this club. So what did they pay, if anything to KC to take over the club?

As DM is owed £110k does she have the power or authority as a director to seize control?

If it does all go to the wall, KC still owns the land and therefore I presume has some recall on the ownership of the club? Does he take the club back in to ownership or does he use the failure of the club as an excuse to sell the land for a tidy profit and walk away?

It's a very sad state of affairs and Mr Griggs must bare a heavy heart given the state of his once beloved club, I don't expect or feel he has any obligation to the club but it must be so disapointing for him personally to see what is happening at Nene Park.

I live in hope that things take a turn for the better, but nothing that the Beasants say at this time reassures me this is the case.

By the way, fantastic effort by Formic, Noddy and Dazzler, plus others I imagine, on the turn round and publication of a match programme for today's game!
