Re: pheonix club meeting?
Just had a reply back from Windmill... £50.00 for just the room, or if you fancy a little boogie, it's £150, and that comes with a disco. ;)

Re: pheonix club meeting?
I appreciate your enthusiasm, it's very welcome, but a meeting does need to have a proper agenda and at least a few days worth of notice for people to make arrangements to attend.Superhans wrote:ive dropped you an email already, i just dont want to wait for an email back in the comming weeks i want to get on it, get the word out to as many as posible and get organised

The statement may seem a little vague but we can't commit to anything just yet because we haven't contacted all the relevant people.
Rest assured that we do not need prodding to get our skates on as they are already on!
If you would like to help, PM me.

Just had another message from Windmill. The one I'm talking too is a Diamonds fan, and he might be able to get the room for free...

edit... just noticed that the capacity is only 150 people though. Is that enough?

Re: pheonix club meeting?
I would suggest not. If 200 people have registered an interest today alone anyway...AndyKirkup wrote:Free is one of my favourite pricesThe Godfather wrote:Just had another message from Windmill. The one I'm talking too is a Diamonds fan, and he might be able to get the room for free...

I doubt all 200 would be able to make it.
