I think ill pop along again as i throughly enjoyed the first gameof the season. I know it has already been mentioned but the facilities are top notch and you can walk round the ground with a pint in your hand!

Yep I went. St Neots were a bit unlucky to lose, they actually went 1 nil up after Ian Roper gave away a penalty. There were a few recognisable faces there again.

We went last night and enjoyed thegame between two solid top table outfits.

Struggled to find the left turn off Cambridge Road if your driving from the Town Centre. For those yet to go it is the mini roundabout after the railway bridge. After turning left, Keep going to near the end of the road and the stadium will come into view. Plenty of parking nearby.

I thought St Neots deserved a point; they missed several chances and hit the post in the final minute. Roper was his usual bullying self at the back and fitted well into Bedworth's physical no nonsence approach. Perhaps K*ttering fans wished they him in their team last night? Chris Hope looked assured as usual at the back; Lewis Hillard was in and out of the game although not sure a wide postion is his best role.

Good to see a few AFC R&D faces there; I assume more would be there on a Saturday.

On the downside a pain of a drive (even if only 19 miles) across country via Kimbolton. Plus the home fans decided to give renditions of when "the Saints go marching home" which seemed so out of place and which annoys me anyway. I suppose it is because I associate it with Northampton Saints; it is the only song their fans ever sing; and all the time at every game!
