Administration process

Post by luckyfour »

Does anyone know from any of the former creditors of the previous regime what the current status of the administration process is?

I note from Carter Clark's notice to creditors issued on the 6th July states that a report "in connection with the affairs of the company and proposals achieving the administration " will be made available to creditors within 8 weeks of the administrators appointment and that a meeting with creditors, if appropriate, will be held within 10 weeks.

By my reckoning both of these deadlines are well passed. I haven't heard of any developments from any contacts, I have seen no updates via news and no updates on Carter Clarks website.

Anyone know what's happening ? I can't help but feel cynical.

Thanks Trek - sorry for being thick, I forgot about this. I take it from my limited understanding of this that the creditors are, not surprisingly, going to get nothing ?

I am still unclear as to what the next stage in the process is and when it is due to be completed.

I would still like to know what, if anything, the administrators secured in property from the club - i suspect this was nothing.
