FA YOUTH CUP

Post by NORTHANTS48 »

I see Corby have drawn Man City away in the 3rd round. Hope they get past Dagenham and Redbridge.

Good times for the club, played a strong Rangers side in a friendly in midweek, Bristol Rovers away in the Fa cup tomorrow and not this potential match! 8-)

The likes of Joe Hopewell from last season's R&DFC Youth Side now play for Corby U-19s, with Mark Peters and Dale Brunton in charge (Dale ran the Select Academy at Nene Park).

Joe was a 66th minute substitute in the Rangers match last Wednesday. Is he related to Corby's director, Ian Hopewell?
