I'm intriged what thread is this allegation under? Can't be bothered to trawl through all their shite.

Mr Ladak came to NP today to take £2k out of the club, so the club needs money to pay bills and players and he is treating YOUR club as a cash point!

Presumably a dry run for New Years Day and the withdrawal of £20k. I would suggest some fans should meet him before he gets in his car that day and persuade him to make a donation to the travel fund!

Mr Ladak is telling the fans that everything is in hand. http://news.bbc.co.uk/sport1/hi/footbal ... um=twitter

He sounds a bit like Nick Clegg in his excuses for not attending games.

You couldn't make it up could you?'
And:

If ever there was a reason why ex-Diamonds shouldn't go along to watch the Ploppies at NP then this type of post is it, they're just a bunch of idiotic cretins who constantly insult local people, they're so thick that if they stopped to think for a few seconds that they might, just might, have attracted some of those locals had they had an ounce of decency amongst them !!

I've never really wanted them to go bust, but when they insult people I know and respect like this, I start to think sod them !!

More importantly, he seriously needs to pluck his eyebrows and have a shave. Bad mono-brow going on in that picture and the beard and moustache just makes him look like a scruffy tramp.

Even a rumour they are being charged by the Conference will be quietly greeted with some relief, as it will allow the fans' anger to be directed at the Conference Board, with all the usual accusations of bias towards the various clubs the board members are involved with.

Whilst few would suggest the Conference Board is fully transparent, the fact that it does attempt to weed out financially mismanaged clubs is a step ahead of the Football League or Premier League - after all, it was the Football League, backed by the FA, that forced them to accept Chester City when most could see the inevitable outcome.

Similarly most Diamonds fans quickly realised that although Southport would benefit from our demise, there was little else the Conference Board could have done to help us carry on in that league.

Its interesting to note that the personal hearing K*ttering have asked for isnt until January - which suggests the embargo isn't going to be lifted by January 1st, which is what Ladak seems to be assuring would happen in his BBC interview yesterday.

Despite the off-field issues affecting the club, Mr Ladak says the club is "not at risk"...

"...two sums of £48,000 and £158,000 that we believe are outstanding,"
That reminds me...
"We can't stress enough that the club isn't about to 'go under'...

...the income anticipated from season ticket sales, shares, commercial sponsorship and contracts".
It's weird how all the bravado about 'We're not Diamonds, we're not going to go the same way as you, you bitter _____' has died down in the last few months, isn't it?

From Poppynet:-

""The main reason I bought a season ticket this year, contributed to the bucket collections and go to as many away games as I can is because of you lot, the fans of KTFC. You've been a pleasure to be around.

But some of the guff I've read on here recently has really made me wonder if I'll be bothering in the future.

Talk about some of you showing your true colours.

Someone on there has made a scathing but very valid point about the Conference Board. I'm not convinced personally it is fit for purpose. You shouldn't have members from clubs on the board, it should be independent.

Whilst I think that if we'd have avoided expulsion at the AGM it would have just been delaying the inevitable, we were told things by people well placed at R&D such as 'Reality' that the Conference Board were having some sort of golf day the day before where all the members got together. Considering the Southport Chairman is heavily involved in that set-up that really doesn't seem to be fair.

It's water under the bridge now and like I said it would just have been delaying the inevitable but they really need to look at themselves and their organisation. I don't think it's any coincidence that Blue Square sides are dropping like flies at the moment.

Surely the Football League Board - http://www.football-league.co.uk/page/B ... 43,00.html is also made up of its own clubs' representatives, and the Premier League was formed and is owned by the member clubs? An outside body trying to govern or set rules would immediately be accused of being out of touch - the Rugby Football Union was a good example of that.

I'm not sure what your point is about the golf day - it was no secret, being heavily featured on twitter by the BBC Non-League Prog people who also took part. Any organisation that has an "away-day" get together is likely to include a social event or two at the same time, to encourage bonding.
