So what's the plan for the people who cant make that date? Will the forum minutes be posted, can we still vote if we are not at the meeting?

The forum minutes will be emailed/posted to all members.

You will be able to vote in person on the night (by ballot paper), in person at games (plus we will ask Raunds if we can leave the ballot box in their clubhouse for the voting period), online or by post.

There will be a 2 week voting period so voting will close at midday on Tuesday 31st January 2012.

The results will be revealed on Wednesday February 1st.

That said, it would be much better if you could come in person, hear what is said, ask questions etc. although obviously there will be people who can't.

Thats the annoying thing with working a constant backshift, i miss most of the games, all the meetings etc :( If any of the meetings can be swung to be a sunday or a monday i would be most grateful

OOOOPPPS hi all ,how can i change the name on my membership????
membership pack arrived today
so i was quite excited,,,,,,,,untill the wife asked me why she had become a member of AFC R&D?????
:oops: :oops: i payed through paypal and the system must have registered her name as its on our paypal account...............
or would it be easier to do another membership????? ;)
